Ahseon (Emma) PARK, Esq.
Ms. Park focuses on civil litigation regarding employment disputes, landlord-tenant issues, real estate transaction problems, eminent domain issues, and other commercial /proprietary disputes. She also writes various commercial agreements and contractual documents and advises on potential future problems.
Prior to her current litigation practice, Mr. Park advised global business transactions as an in-house foreign legal counsel for Korea Telecom Corporation in Seoul, Republic of Korea. During the three years at Korea Telecom, she acquired a proven ability to negotiate, draft, and manage the implementation of sophisticated agreements for cross-border deals and analyze intricate legal and factual issues. She handled a variety of commercial transactions, such as broadband network construction, and internet protocol transit service, and worked on investment projects, including the establishment of joint ventures and strategic alliances with foreign governments in underdeveloped countries.
Since having transitioned to solo practice in 2018, Ms. Park has volunteered at Housing Justice Projects in King County Superior Court and Pierce County Superior Court, helping low-income residents facing eviction procedures.
In her free time, she likes to watch movies, hop to local fancy restaurants, go hiking, or read books regarding philosophy, etc. Ms. Park lives with her parents in the suburbs of Seattle, Washington.
